Louie, Louie

I’ve already written a few posts about both Louis C.K. and his brilliantly funny new show on FX, Louie.  Another new episode of Louie will be premiering tonight, but I wanted to post a couple of videos from last week’s episode – and possibly my favorite so far – “Dogpound.”  In this first clip, Louie has vowed to not be a lazy, depressed piece of shit while his kids are with his ex-wife for a week; and just as he is beginning his first jump rope workout, a strong odor leads him to his next door neighbor’s apartment.

This next video takes place the morning after Louie lives the high life, and his experience in the coffee shop is indicative of how I usually feel in most public settings.

I was also extremely pumped to hear that FX recently renewed the show for a second season, so it looks like Louie’s luck might be changing – but hopefully his hilarious and warped outlook on life will always remain constant.
