		<div style="clear:both;"></div><p style="text-align: left;">I knew it would only be a matter of time until some lame cracker(s) &#8220;Elvis&#8217;d&#8221; General Larry Platts&#8217; song &#8220;Pants on the Ground&#8221; &#8211; but I didn&#8217;t think the culprits would be of the meterological variety.  As a sidebar, see how many examples of sterotypical &#8220;goofy white guy&#8221; you can count in this video:</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><object width="425" height="344" data="http://www.youtube.com/v/iN8B9dRcS3M&amp;hl=en_US&amp;fs=1&amp;" type="application/x-shockwave-flash"><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true" /><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always" /><param name="src" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/iN8B9dRcS3M&amp;hl=en_US&amp;fs=1&amp;" /><param name="allowfullscreen" value="true" /></object><br />
(<a title="KSR" href="http://kentuckysportsradio.com/?p=42900" target="_blank">Via</a>)</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">The examples I have spotted thus far:</p>
<ol>
<li>
<div style="text-align: left;">&#8220;We&#8217;re hip&#8221; &#8211; No one who actually <em>is, or has ever been</em> &#8221;hip&#8221; has ever uttered this phrase in their entire life.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div style="text-align: left;">&#8220;This is like, the next thing to Common right here&#8221; &#8211; Reference to the only rapper they have ever heard of, usually a street conscious, socially acceptable Grammy winner.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div style="text-align: left;">The guys &#8220;breaking down&#8221; before the song begins; this is to prepare themselves for dance mode, and starts the step count in their heads &#8211; the countdown itself is a dead giveaway too.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div style="text-align: left;">The use of &#8220;giddy up&#8221; in a rap song is almost unprecendented, as are most Southern phrases that were probably coined before the Civil War; the closest I can think of was that <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xgxr6yjju20" target="_blank">Nelly song</a> that seem to be inspired by his love of Speedy Gonzalez &amp; Old McDonald.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div style="text-align: left;">Most of it doesn&#8217;t rhyme, and the lyrics read just like a public service announcement.</div>
</li>
<li>
<div style="text-align: left;">The near miss high five is classic uncoordinated white guy &#8211; even though <a title="with the whiff" href="http://cdn.holytaco.com/www/wp-content/uploads/2008/10/tiger_woods_high_five_awkward.jpg" target="_blank">Tiger Woods took that over too</a>.  </div>
</li>
</ol>
